VILLAMARTIN PROPERTY

Ko Samui is a new project being constructed by Trivee in Villamartin. It is a mixture of townhouses and apartments. The townhouses are due to be finished at the end of 2013 and the apartments shortly after, first half of 2014. Ko Samui has an advantage of being on an elevated plot, this lends it to having some fantastic sea views from certain locations on the development. The location of the plot is very central to the golf courses of Campoamor,Las Ramblas and Villamartin. It is also just a short drive to some fabulous sandy beaches.
